§ 1 DETAILS OF THE AUCTION PLATFORM OWNER

The business activity was commenced on 15 November 1999.
§ 2 REGISTRATION ON THE AUCTION PLATFORM
- The auction platform can only be used by business entities and institutions.
- In order to log onto the auction platform, the purchaser must register and send over the registration documents of his firm. The registration takes place only once. By registering, the user agrees to have his personal data collected, stored and processed in order to carry out any orders.
- After the registration process is concluded, the owner of the auction platform will verify the details entered and the documents which were sent in, and then make a decision in regards to the access account activation or the annulment of the registration.
- The owner of the auction panel reserves the right not to activate an account, if the details entered during the registration or the documents which were sent in seem to be dubious. The owner of the auction panel also reserves the right not to activate an account without having to give a reason for it. One auction platform will be ultimately serviced by only a few business entities from each country, which will create a trade network.
- The owner of the auction panel will inform the client by e-mail that his account is activated.
- The client can log into his account at any time.
§ 3 TAKING PART IN AN AUCTION
- After the client completes the account activation process, he can log into his account at any time and make purchases at any time during the auctioning procedure.
- The owner of the auction panel will always inform all the registered clients about the date and the hour of the auction procedure start and finish, in which the clients can take part.
- The owner of the auction panel reserves the right to decide on a group of clients and to activate some auctions only for some groups of clients.
- Every auction contains the following details:
- name of auction
- description of the product which can be bid on / products
- initial price
- current price
- number of items
- minimum purchase quantity
- bid increment
- number of people
- time and hour of the auction start
- time and hour of the auction finish
- If one of the registered clients makes the largest bid more than 30 seconds from the auction finish, then the auction will finish at exactly the time given originally, and the winner will be the person who offered the highest amount.
- If one of the registered clients makes the largest bid less than 30 seconds from the auction finish, then the auction will be extended by 30 seconds counted from the time given originally. If within that time there are no other bids, the auction will be finished and the winner will be the person who offered the highest amount. If within the extra 30 seconds, one of the clients makes another bid, then the auction will be extended by another 30 seconds counted from the time of the last bid.
- The client cannot recall the offer he made. When taking part in an auction, the client cannot decrease the amount already given. The given amount can only be increased by bidding again.
§ 4 PAYMENTS
- After the end of the auction, the winners of the auction will receive an e-mail confirming their win.
- A pro-forma invoice will be sent to the winners within 24 hours.
- The client must make a payment no later than 5 days from the pro-forma invoice issue date, and next he needs to send over the payment’s confirmation by e-mail.
- After the payment’s confirmation is received, the order will be carried out.
§ 5 DELIVERY
- The delivery of the products should not take more than 20 days from the receipt of the client’s complete payment confirmation. Nonetheless, the owner of the auction panel reserves the right to exceed the delivery deadline in circumstances which are irrespective of the party delivering the product, i.e. adverse weather conditions, pro-longed tax and customs procedures, excessive number of deliveries and others.
- The transport cost is given during every auction. If a client wins more than one auction, the transport costs are payable only once. There is a possibility to individually negotiate the conditions of the transport costs (own pick-up).
§ 6 WARRANTY AND RETURNS
- The warranty period of a specific product is listed during every auction.
- If the products sold are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, then all the warranty queries should be directed to an appropriate repair shop, which was recommended by the manufacturer.
- If the warranty is not being carried out in the country where the product was purchased, than the faulty product should be sent back to the seller.
- The brand-new products which are sold during the auctions are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty or a 12-month seller’s warranty, unless it specified otherwise in the auction details.
- The products which were refurbished or were used, have their warranty period always described in the auction details.
- It is not possible to return the products which were purchased through the auction platform using the statutory warranty claim.
- In the event that the product received is different from the one described in the contract, the client has a possibility to return it if he notifies the seller of the fact no later than 10 days from the date of the products delivery.
§ 7 OTHER INFORMATION
- All the information, messages and notifications given / sent to the registered clients will be in English.

- The applicable currency for the auctionsB2B.com website and for all the products is Euro.
- All the payments can only be made in Euro.
- Payment methods: Pre-payment into the account and SHA money transfer in Euro.
- All the amounts given on auctionsb2b.com website are net prices (do not include VAT). The firms and institutions which do not have a European Union Tax Identification Number, and the firms and institutions which are registered in Poland need to also pay a 23% VAT tax in addition to the net price.
- It is not possible to return purchased products.
- If the payment is not made within a specified time, the order is cancelled and the account on the auction platform is blocked with no option of another registration.
- The client cannot recall his offer when taking part in an auction.
- When taking part in an auction, the client cannot decrease the amount already given. The given amount can only be increased by bidding again.
- The owner of the auction panel confirms that the products which are being bid for at the auctions belong to the distributors, manufacturers and other parties with whom the auction platform owner has an agreement signed - and as a result the products are not stored in the owner’s warehouse. After the payment is received, the products are invoiced to the auction platform owner and then to the buyer.
- The owner of the auction panel reserves the right to make amendments in the auctions, even during their duration, on the condition that he informs all the parties placing bids about these changes.
- The owner of the auction panel reserves the right to close accounts of the registered users without giving reasons for such an action.
- The owner of the auction panel reserves the right not to carry out an order, if the price is a result of a mistake or in the event of problems which are not caused by the owner of the auction panel.
- In spite of every effort being made to render the published information correct, the owner of the auction panel does not guarantee that the details do not contain omissions or mistakes, and this fact therefore cannot be treated as a basis for legal proceedings. In the event of any queries, please contact us before making a purchase.
- Any sales made using the auction platform are made in accordance with the above Terms and Conditions. By logging into the auction platform, the client accepts the sales regulations stemming from the above Terms and Conditions and is obliged to adhere to the rules contained within.
